Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ReplyLike, including the Android app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using ReplyLike, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use ReplyLike.
What ReplyLike does
ReplyLike uses artificial intelligence to analyze a conversation screenshot and suggest possible replies. You can select a reply, change its tone, add temporary instructions, and copy it into another app.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or different from what you expected. You are responsible for reviewing every reply before sending it. ReplyLike is a writing aid, not a substitute for your judgment.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
- Use only an account you are authorized to use.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us or delete it.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of screenshots, instructions, and other content you submit. You give ReplyLike a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service, enforce these terms, and comply with law.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Conversation screenshots may contain another person's information; consider whether you have their permission and remove highly sensitive details before uploading.
Subject to law and third-party rights, you may use the replies ReplyLike generates for you. Because AI can produce similar text for different users, outputs may not be unique.
Acceptable use
Do not use ReplyLike to:
- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or evade lawful safeguards.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, impersonate, or manipulate people.
- Create or distribute sexual content involving minors or any exploitative content.
- Upload malware, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or automate access except where applicable law permits it or we agree in writing.
- Use generated replies as professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Plans, subscriptions, and availability
The free plan currently includes up to five reply generations per UTC day. Paid monthly and annual plans include unlimited reply generations while the subscription is active. The price and billing period shown by Google Play before purchase control if they differ from promotional text elsewhere.
Subscriptions automatically renew through Google Play unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel or manage a subscription from Google Play; cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the already-paid period unless Google issues a refund or revokes the purchase. Purchases and refunds are also subject to Google Play's rules.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of ReplyLike, and we may need to limit access for maintenance, security, legal, or capacity reasons. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using ReplyLike at any time and can delete your account through the app or our account deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect ReplyLike or others, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material or repeated breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyLike is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyLike and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or harm arising from messages you choose to send. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the updated terms and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
